Malavika Launching Into Small Screen
Malavika one of the the hottest actress who starred in a glam role in Thiruttu payale is now entering into small screen for serials according to the reports given.
She is being approached by directors to play some decent roles in television serials and she does not accept all of them.
She got married to Sumana Menon two years ago. Now she is a mother of 6 months old baby and she is in complete rest in her Bangalore residence and she has kept away from movies and kollywood as she is not in a good health condition and as she needs to take care of her child.
So, she has decided to play some small roles in Tele serials for the time being to keep herself engaged and she accepts the roles that meets her terms and conditions. She does not say yes to all of them as small screen actors required to be committed in their work and she can’t be fully engaged in it. So, she accepts only roles that will be flexible to her terms.
Recently she got an offer to play a negative role in the movie Karthikai but she refused it to after that. She is all busy taking care of her child and does not like to get back to cinema.
She will be joining the list of actresses entering into small screen after their marriage which includes Simran, Ramya Krishnan, Kushboo and lot of people who were all top in kollywood industry once but now has restricted themselves to guest roles and to small screen events.
Malavika was the judge for the Close up Super Dance event in Sun TV which received a lot of appreciation from dancers and it was viewed by everyone. Now, she is all set to act in small screen serials. Hope she gets back to kollywood soon…Actress amoha who starred in Jay Jay has replaced Malavika in the movie Karthikai.
