Shriya goes Hollywood

Amritraj’s Hyde Park Film, have signed Shriya to be the heroine of “The other End of the Line“. Shooting is expected to start in the first week of November. Shriya plays opposite to Jesse Metcalfe, the handsome hunk of the television serial Desperate Housewives who is playing lead role in this movie.
It is a romantic movie about an employee at an Indian call centre in Mumbai, who travels to San Francisco to be with the guy whom she falls in love over the phone, during her working hours.

Shreya Saran has signed her second international project, but this time with noted filmmaker Deepa Metha The film is jointly produced by Deepa Mehta Combine and BR Films. In this film, Shreya is going to play an important role. Seema Biswas and Lisa Ray are also in the cast. According to the director, the movie is at present being shot on locations in New Delhi.
Though she is engaged with the Hollywood film’s , she says that, right from the beginning I am interested to show all my skills and to prove myself with my acting in tamil films and to my audience.
