Superstar Rajinikanth in “Chaitrram” Movie launch
Superstar Rajnikanth blessed launch ceremony of director Raju Upati’s Chaitram – The Season of Love. A new comer Surya is introduced through this flick as hero being produced by as hero being produced by Vijay of Suresh Productions on Rakesh Cine Circuit banner. Opening ceremony was held at Ramoji Film City where Rajnikanth and Shankar are shooting for Robot. Director Shankar did the first shot direction and cinematographer Sekhar V Joseph switched on the camera.
Superstar Rajnikanth graced the launch ceremony of director Raju Upati’s Chaitram – The Season of Love. Inspite of being busy with his Endhiran shooting, he was ready to come for the festival to wish the movie all the best. He is always a man of honour and respected everywhere. The film is to be expected to be relaeased by june this year. Rajini was happy to be a part of this movie launch.
Raju Upati who earlier directed Veedhi for Usha Kiron Movies is directing this film with newcomer Surya as hero. It is being produced by Vijay of Suresh Productions on Rakesh Cine Circuit banner.
The movie had its opening ceremony at Ramoji Film City where Rajnikanth and Shankar are shooting for Robot. Both the superstar and the maverick director attended the function as star guests.
While Rajnikant sounded the clapboard, director Shankar did the first shot direction and cinematographer Sekhar V Joseph switched on the camera.
The opening scene was canned on newcomer Surya and Parachuri Venkateshwara Rao as they mouth the dialogue – “Tirigede Bhoomi, Kaalede Nippu, Poradaavaade Manishi..So all the best.”
Says producer Vijay: “We are introducing a new hero Surya and two new heroines with this movie. From May 15th, we begin our regular shoot in Karamchedu, Pollachi, Malaysia and Hyderabad.”
Raju Upati said: “I am honoured that superstar Rajni and Shankar attended my film’s muhurtham shot. The movie is a love story which tells the various phases in life.”
