Telugu Flick Kick to Be Remade In Tamil
The super hit Telugu flick Kick which had Ravi Teja and Illeana in lead roles along with actor Shaam was very successful at the box office. Now, the film is to be remade in Tamil and director Jayam Raja has bought the copyrights for the movie.
Shaam who starred in the Telugu version has been approached to star in Tamil remake also, but the actor has not yet confirmed his entry. He has asked for some time to think over it. Shaam is no longer interested in doing such a remake and he has lot of choices with him.
Meanwhile, Jeyam Raja’s brother Jevam Ravi has also been approached for starring in the movie. The pair along with Editor mohan has already given four hits in a row with movies like Jeyam, M.Kumaran S/0 Mahalakshmi, Santhosh Subramaniam, Something Something, all of which had good success in the box office. Also, for the actress they have roped in the glam girl Tamannah to star along with actor Jeyam Ravi. The movie will begin production by this month. The title of the movie in Tamil has not yet been decided by the film makers. So, Jeyam Ravi and Tamannah will play the lead roles in Tamil remake of kick which will be directed by his brother Jeyam Raja.
